All Li-Ion packs contain management circuitry.
It may be that this circuitry is damaged in which case you will have no option but to replace the battery pack. We will test this circuitry and will attempt the repack if we consider that the chance of success is good.
In some instances we repair circuit damage at no cost.

How to use the Table:

Example for (Type 18650) If the pack voltage is 14.4 and amperage is 3600mAh, the closest match will be line 3 above – an 8 cell pack. The pricing can be read off to the right.

The 17670 type cells have a lower capacity (mAh) and pack height less than 20mm (some Toshiba and Sony packs). Prismatic (flat cells height 10mm) also have a lower capacity.
